Eureka is the world’s biggest public network for international cooperation in R&D and innovation, present in over 45 countries. It is a decentralized intergovernmental organization aiming to boost the productivity and competitiveness of industries by funding and supporting international collaborative market-driven R&D projects.
The purpose of the Industrial R&D Program is to support greater collaboration among Canadian and Israeli companies and researchers. Support shall be granted to each partner by its own Authorities, in accordance with existing laws, rules, regulations and national procedures.
Although this call invites proposals related to any technological or market area, special attention is being given to the following sectors:
This program encompasses:
Incentive Program for R&D with International Partners: The incentive program provides support to Israeli companies working with foreign companies on commercialization-directed programs to develop new technological products or to significantly upgrade an existing technology. For additional information, see: https://innovationisrael.org.il/en/program/bilateral-programs-parallel-support
Incentive Program for Pilots with International Partners: The incentive program supports Israeli companies’ technological pilot programs in different fields, that will be conducted at selected foreign entities' Beta sites or that will be based on their capabilities, data, or information.
