RICH NIGHTINGALE, PRESIDENT WESTHAB, EMPHASIZED THE IMPORTANCE OUR UNIQUE SERVICE IN 2019, AWARDING THE CHANGING LIVES AWARD AT THEIR ANNUAL GALA. IN 2020, COVID19 BROUGHT ON UNFORESEEN CHALLENGES TO OUR OPERATIONS BUT WE WERE NEEDED MORE THAN EVER. WHILE OTHER ORGANIZATIONS CLOSED THEIR DOORS, WE REMAINED OPEN AND FLEXIBLE, FIGURING OUT HOW TO SERVE FAMILIES IN A SAFE WAY AND EVEN MEETING A 350% INCREASE IN DEMAND.
